You may play Blackjackle for personal enjoyment and skill practice. Publicly streaming or recording gameplay for platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, or TikTok is permitted, including on monetized channels, as long as you do not claim ownership of the game or distribute the game itself.

Blackjackle is provided for entertainment and educational purposes only. It does not provide gambling, betting, or financial advice.

2. Ownership and Intellectual Property

Blackjackle, including its code, design, artwork, gameplay systems, and branding, is protected by intellectual property law.

You may not copy, distribute, host, embed, frame, or otherwise reuse the game or its assets without express written permission. This includes publishing the game on your own website or app, or using it as part of another product or platform.

You are welcome to stream or record gameplay for platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, or TikTok, including monetized content, as long as you provide appropriate credit and do not misrepresent or resell the game.

3. Accounts and Authentication

Blackjackle uses device-based sessions by default. If you verify an email or purchase premium access, you are responsible for keeping that access under your control and for activity performed through your session.

4. Limitation of Liability

Blackjackle is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the game, including data loss, service interruptions, or decisions you make based on gameplay content.

We may suspend or terminate access to the game at our discretion, especially if these terms are violated or if behavior harms the game or other users.
